Preparation Method: Soak the bael leaves overnight in the water, strain and drink the liquid.
Preparation time: 12 hours.
Dosage: 1 cup, twice a day.Herbal Teas for Peptic Ulcer #2Ingredients: FLAX Seeds, crushed 1 tea spoon, Water 1 cup
Preparation Method: Stir the crushed flax seeds in the water, cover and leave for 8 hours. Strain and drink lukewarm.
Preparation time: 8 hours.
Dosage:1 cup before breakfast and 1 cup 30 minutes before the main meal.
